Is KRUNCH a one-stop shop?

Yes. We supply the complete branded item. For example, if you wanted printed T-shirts, we supply the T-shirts & print for you, OR if you wanted an embroidered cap, we supply the cap & embroider for you, OR if you wanted an engraved pen, we supply the pen & engrave for you. All we need is your logo.

How do I supply the logo?

A high-resolution digital file format, such as .eps or .ai is preferred for best results, but we can also often work with .pdf, .jpg or .png files.

What if I do not have a logo?

If you do not have a logo in digital file format, we can create one for you, for a small fee.

What branding options are available?

Several branding options are available, depending on the promotional item, including printing, embroidery, laser engraving or embossing. We will advise you of the optimum logo size to suite the promotional items of interest.

Are there minimum quantities?

Yes, but it depends on the promotional items of interest – we can advise you. For apparel, it may be Qty 20, or pens it may be Qty 100.

Can you provide promotional items to suit corporate or sporting club colours?

Yes. We will try to incorporate your corporate or sporting club colours into pre-made apparel, caps, bags, pens etc, to keep costs & minimum quantities down, BUT we can custom-make to order for larger quantities.

What is the lead time?

Allow around 2 weeks for in-stock items. However, always check with us on promotional items of interest.
